Your journey begins in a modern show kitchen located in the heart of the city, where Miguel and his dedicated team welcome you behind the scenes of their award-winning culinary world. Here, they reveal how to select the highest-quality ingredients, how to combine flavours harmoniously, and how to prepare each dish with precision and creativity. From the very first step to the final secrets behind their signature plates, Miguel personally guides you through every stage of the culinary process.
You may choose between tasting one main dish or indulging in a complete three-course menu, including a refined starter, a beautifully crafted main, and an elegant dessert. Each option reflects the chef’s signature style, blending Portuguese roots with Mediterranean freshness and Hungarian culinary tradition.

- Budapest – 9:00 am (pick up point) if transfer is needed

- Biatorbágy – if without transfer (you come with your rented car, bus or train from Budapest)

- You can cancel the tour free of charge 48 hours before departure
- Within 48 hours cancellation, is non-refundable
